Dashboard WidgetsIn Flame IDE

Make room for the work that matters.

Build a personal My Activity canvas with activity, Git, tasks, notes, commands, and AI summaries. Keep a separate layout for each project.

BUILT INTO YOUR WORKFLOW

Less setup between you and the next useful step.

01

One canvas, the whole picture

Combine work activity, commits, branches, focused time, tasks, pipelines, and agent activity instead of piecing together a status update from separate tools.

02

Arrange it your way

Search the widget picker, drag to reorder, resize cards, align rows, and tune spacing. Keep compact statistics beside deeper activity lists.

03

Global view. Project focus.

Move from all-project activity into a project dashboard. Each scope remembers its layout, while activity widgets can follow the page's date and author filters.

04

Take your layout with you

Import or export layout JSON, copy a layout from another scope, and restore defaults when you want a fresh starting point.

THE WIDGET CATALOG

Find the widget. Make the space.

Search the real widget picker, browse categories, and add the information you want on your dashboard.

Edit layout → Add widget in Flame IDE.
A PRACTICAL STARTING POINT

Open it. Make it yours. Get back to building.

GOOD TO KNOW

A few useful details.

Does every project need the same dashboard?

No. The global view and each project can keep a different layout. Copy a layout when you want a consistent starting point, then tailor it to the project.

Can I undo layout editing?

Cancel restores the full layout from the start of the edit session, including additions, removals, dimensions, spacing, and widget settings.

Why is a widget empty?

Some widgets need a connected tracker, CI provider, enabled time tracking, or project data. Check that source and refresh the dashboard. Data refreshes every 30 seconds while the dashboard is visible.
