Remote coding from your phone

Control the development machine that already has your code.

Check an agent, answer an approval request, inspect Git, read a file, or run a terminal command from your phone while the environment stays on your computer.

The problem

Agent work does not pause just because you left the desk.

A coding agent can ask for approval, a test run can fail, or a deployment command can finish while you are away from the development machine. Waiting until you return turns a short decision into an idle queue.

A conventional remote desktop is a poor fit for this. Desktop panels, tiny terminal text, and pointer-driven controls become difficult to use on a narrow touch screen.

Flame Mobile exposes the focused actions that unblock work while repositories, credentials, containers, terminals, and running processes stay on the macOS, Windows, or Linux host.

Useful mobile work

Handle the short task before it becomes a long delay.

Mobile task 1

Agent approvals

Read the requested tool action and approve or deny it while the agent is waiting.

Mobile task 2

AI conversations

Continue a task, answer a question, or check what an agent changed.

Mobile task 3

Git review

Inspect repository state and handle a focused commit, pull, or push from the host.

Mobile task 4

Real terminal

Reconnect to a project terminal, inspect a build, or restart a process.

Mobile task 5

Files and activity

Read project files and see what changed without streaming an entire desktop.

Mobile task 6

Tracker tasks

Open assigned work and prepare a task for an agent from the phone.

Choose the right screen

Use your phone for control. Use the desktop for deep work.

Good fit for a phone

  • Approve an agent tool call
  • Read a diff or task summary
  • Run one known terminal command
  • Check a test or build
  • Commit or push a focused change

Better on the desktop

  • Long-form code editing
  • Large conflict resolution
  • Dense debugger inspection
  • Multi-panel visual comparison
  • Complex database work
Pairing and security

Prove which computer answered before you open the workspace.

Anywhere mode uses Flame Secure Relay. The host and phone establish an end-to-end encrypted channel, and the relay does not receive the session key.

  1. Enable Remote Access

Choose Anywhere for the encrypted relay, Same Wi-Fi for local access, or a custom connection mode.

  2. Pair the phone

Scan the QR code, verify the six-word host fingerprint, and enter the phone's two-digit approval code in Flame.

  3. Open the mobile workspace

Use files, AI chat, Git, tasks, approvals, activity, or a real terminal sized for a phone.

  4. Revoke when needed

Set an expiry, revoke a device immediately, turn access off, or rotate the host identity.

Long-running agent work

Leave the desk without abandoning the queue.

Agent tasks keep running on the host. From your phone, you can follow activity, answer questions, approve actions, and decide what deserves review when the result is ready.
